Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key stakeholders across the project lifecycle-including architects, contractors, and investors-to position the company''s materials as the preferred choice, driving profitable sales outcomes.
• Actively promote the company and its product portfolio within the design and architectural community, playing a central role in business development and project acquisition (new business)
• Participate in business development initiatives within the designated territory, including attendance at industry trade fairs, networking events, and sector-specific exhibitions.
• Continuously build knowledge of the project-based sales environment, including key success factors, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

• Prior Sales, BD or Specification Manager experience
• Accustomed to working to targets and KPI''s
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of how actions impact business performance and profitability.
