BDS are currently recruiting for a Service Charge officer based in Islington for a well-established Housing Association. Main duties include but are not limited too; You will work with stakeholders across the business including the dedicated Estate Operations Manager to review historic service charge accounts. You will lead on the projects and be accountable for working through a defined number of service charge accounts that have been issued a Section 20b and seeing them through to audit and delivery within the 6-month period. You will also review any complaints and queries from residents to service charge accounts that have already been served. 3 days in the office (Monday mandatory) 2 days working from home.
