Vibrant Minds is looking for an

enthusiastic, organised, and caring Club Manager

to join our team

right away

and lead our after-school club to the next level!

What you’ll be doing

Managing the day-to-day running of our vibrant after-school club

Planning, preparing, and delivering

creative, stimulating play opportunities

for children aged 4–11

Leading and motivating a dedicated team of playworkers and volunteers

Building brilliant relationships with parents, schools, and the community

Ensuring our club is a safe, happy, and welcoming environment

Overseeing administration, budgeting, and staff development

We’re looking for someone who

Has

experience working with 4–11-year-olds

in a childcare or play setting

Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills

Can think on their feet, work independently, and bring fresh ideas

Understands the varied needs of children and families

Is passionate about

play, inclusion, and creating opportunities for all children

Level 3 childcare/play work qualification

Experience managing budgets and administration

Child protection training

Hold a current DBS certificate
