We are seeking a Data Migration Lead responsible for successfully migrating clients from legacy systems to new platforms within wealth management, ensuring smooth transitions, managing risks, and liaising with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Manage client migrations from legacy to target systems.

Own the physical migration process, coordinating with system owners for readiness.

Lead a migration team in creating tools and runbooks for the transition.

Conduct business readiness checks to confirm successful migration and closure of legacy platforms.

Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout delivery.

Escalate issues to the programme team to mitigate risks.

Must Haves:

Experience in wealth management (banking, investment, custody).

Proven record of managing client migrations.

Strong leadership skills in managing a migration team.

Ability to address complex migration challenges.

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with migration tools and runbooks.

Previous experience in risk management and issue escalation.

Knowledge of client business readiness processes.
