Event Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Event Manager at Olympia.
Location : Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, Kensington, London
Rate of pay:
£34,000 - £38,000 per annum
Working pattern:
40 hours per week, 5/7 days a week
Key Responsibilities:The main point of contact for the show organizer on all matters relating to hospitality, retail and stand cateringProduce bespoke packages and promotions alongside the account Director for each showForecast revenueDrive revenue generation and upsells for each eventManage invoices, debtors for each showRaise deposit and final invoices for each showAssist the coordinator with contacting exhibitors for stand cateringCompile post show reportsCreate function sheets and tasks in the events system ( Rendezvous)Weekly updates on what has been achieved to generate revenue to the Account Director and Regional Director
