You will deliver tax advisory work including tax planning, advising on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and properties, international expansion and reorganisations, demergers, share option schemes, IHT/Estate Planning, MBOs and succession planning.Deal with HMRC enquiries and investigations, including report writing, financial analysis and technical research.Provide a technical resource to smaller associated firms by phone or email support service.Support the management, training and development of the tax team.Take responsibility for operational aspects of the corporate tax compliance process and support team members with more complex corporation tax issues.Benefits
