Senior Tax Manager

Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Tax Manager to join a successful, high growth business. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in supporting the group’s ongoing tax compliance obligations, as well as numerous and varied transactions and restructuring projects. Offering exposure to a broad range of UK and international tax matters, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and dynamic environment, with the chance to shape tax processes and frameworks across the business.The role will involve providing detailed technical support on UK tax structuring projects, managing overseas tax obligations, and overseeing corporate tax compliance and reporting. Leading on group debt restructuring and internal reorganisations, while working closely with the wider finance function to develop tax provisions for forecasting and external reporting. In addition, the position will over time allow for the development a small team, setting priorities and driving strategic direction, as well as maintaining and improving tax controls and risk frameworks across the group.Working for a business with a visionary CEO, they have created a collaborative and welcoming workspace with a team of talented individuals. A professional qualification such as ACA and/or CTA is required, and experience with VAT would be beneficial. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, alongside proven experience of managing and mentoring others.Responsibilities
