Central LondonA vibrant architecture studio in Central London is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join their in-house team. This full-time role is based in a beautifully designed studio environment, surrounded by creative professionals who are collaborative, social and passionate about design. You’ll be supporting both the London and Hong Kong offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and contributing to infrastructure improvements.Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line support across hardware, software and network issuesManage ticketing systems and remote support toolsAssist with onboarding and offboarding of staffMaintain AV systems and meeting room technologySupport hosted telephony and mobile devicesLiaise with managed service providers and document troubleshooting guidesImplement desk moves and changes as neededOccasional out-of-hours supportQualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support roleStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPNs and remote desktopExperience with Adobe, Rhino, Autodesk, Enscape and V-rayFamiliarity with networking protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP and DNSRecognised IT qualifications such as A+, CCNA or ITILFull-time studio-based role in a central London locationWork in a design-led, sociable and inclusive environmentExposure to international teams and creative projectsOpportunities to contribute to infrastructure standards and best practicesSupportive team culture with room for growthEmployment details
