OverviewInterface Support Specialist – Location: Slough (Head Office). Hybrid. Initial fixed-term contract. Join our snack-loving team. We’re looking for an Interface Support Specialist to join KP Snacks.

About the roleAs part of our journey to simplify and align our processes and systems, this role supports the continuity and reliability of our legacy applications—primarily Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2. You’ll play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems while helping us transition to a future-fit digital environment. You’ll understand KP’s overall system architecture and guide support teams in the right direction when analysing issues or failures. You’ll need to navigate our support structure confidently, knowing which partner supports which part of the system. Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills are essential to reach quick resolutions and implement changes effectively. You’ll also balance business-as-usual support with the delivery of smaller projects, helping us drive smarter ways of working and long-term efficiency.

What will you be doing?

Act as a key contact between IT and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Provide day-to-day application and technical support across a range of business systems

Manage integrations between JD Edwards and other platforms including HR, warehouse and analytics

Maintain test environments and coordinate system maintenance and patching

Lead small-scale IT projects and support change management across the business
