You will take ownership of employee relations matters while ensuring HR processes remain compliant, efficient, and commercially aligned.Key responsibilities include:Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absenceCoaching and supporting managers to strengthen leadership capabilityOverseeing HR administration from onboarding through to leavers, ensuring accuracy and complianceContributing to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiativesUsing data and insight to identify trends, mitigate risk, and support decision-makingAbout YouCIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor roleStrong knowledge of UK employment lawConfident managing end-to-end employee relations casesExcellent communication, influencing, and coaching skillsProactive, pragmatic, and solutions-focusedThe ..... full job details .....
