Job Title: HR AssistantContract Type: PermanentLocation: RochdaleSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOEThe OpportunityFollowing a period of sustained growth, a well-established UK business is looking to appoint an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join its expanding HR team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within HR and recruitment. You will join a supportive and experienced HR function within a growing organisation, gaining exposure across recruitment, HR systems, and day-to-day people operations.The role would suit either an entry-level candidate with a genuine interest in HR, or an experienced administrator / HR Assistant looking to take the next step in a structured and developing environment.The RoleWorking closely with the wider HR team, you will support the delivery of HR services across multiple operational areas. A key focus of the role will be recruitment coordination, alongside general HR administration and employee support.This is a full-time, office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment activity, including advertising roles, screening applicants, and coordinating interviewsBuild relationships with candidates via telephone and email, particularly within operational recruitmentMaintain and update HR systems and employee recordsRespond to HR-related queries from employees and managersSupport diary management and administrative coordinationAssist with onboarding ..... full job details .....
