I am sourcing for an experienced hands-on HR Manager for a 6-month contract to support a business-critical restructure and TUPE process. Based in Sandwell West Midlands you''ll be onsite 3 days a week and play a key role in managing change with care and compliance.

HR Manager Key Responsibilities

• Leading and advising on restructure and TUPE activity
• Managing a small HR team and providing expert employee relations (ER) guidance
• Supporting managers with complex casework and change communications
• Rolling up your sleeves to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Supporting on business critical projects

• Proven HR leadership in restructures, TUPE, and ER
• Experience managing HR teams
• Confident, practical, and ready to make an impact from day one
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business
