Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Northampton (Office Based) Start Date: May 2026 Salary: Circa £25,000 + career progression opportunities We are delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking and innovative technology business in the recruitment of two Telesales Executives to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-growth organisation at an exciting stage of its journey. The Role As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling. This is a proactive, phone-based position focused on engaging prospective B2B clients, generating interest, and supporting the wider sales function. Key responsibilities include: Conducting a high volume of outbound calls (circa 100 per day) to prospective business customers Introducing and promoting the company s platform and services Clearly articulating key product benefits and differentiators Generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the wider sales team Operating within a structured, target-driven office environment About You The client is open to a range of backgrounds; however, successful candidates will demonstrate: A high level of motivation and resilience in a target-driven environment Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls A coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner A positive and proactive ..... full job details .....
