This role is ideal for a confident, highly organised individual with proven experience in a fast-paced legal environment.Day-to-day of the role:Perform digital dictation tasks including accurate transcription and document production.Prepare various legal documents such as court documents, correspondence, legal forms, and case-related documentation.Support litigation tasks including preparing bundles for court, preparing briefs to barristers, and managing case files to ensure they are court-ready.Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and internal team members to ensure smooth operation.Provide general administrative support including diary management, filing, and scanning.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous Legal Secretary experience essential-ideally within litigation or dispute resolution.Strong working knowledge of legal terminology and court processes.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy department.Proficient with MS Office and digital dictation systems.Ability to work full-time from the Wokingham office (Reading or Farnham considered).Personal Attributes:Proactive, ..... full job details .....
