While experience in UK healthcare recruitment is desirable, we are open to candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate relevant compliance and administrative experience.Key Responsibilities Conducting Right to Work checks in line with UK legislationCompleting regulatory body checks (e.g. DBS, professional registrations)Supporting internal and external auditsManaging and maintaining a candidate compliance pipelineProactively chasing candidates for outstanding documentation to ensure timely clearanceEnsuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliantWorking closely with recruitment consultants to ensure candidates are cleared efficiently What We re Looking For Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyA proactive approach and the confidence to follow up consistently with candidatesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyPrevious experience conducting compliance checks (Right to Work, background checks, etc.)Experience within healthcare recruitment is advantageous but not essentialStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work ..... full job details .....
