Strategic People Leadership: Design and deliver HR strategies that enhance capability, drive engagement, and support growth.Act as a cultural ambassador and trusted adviser to senior leadership.Ensure HR adds tangible value, aligned to business goals.Employee Experience and Development

Lead initiatives in training, coaching, and continuous development.Manage budgets and maximise resources for learning and wellbeing.Oversee induction, reward, and engagement programmes that support performance and retention.HR Operations and Compliance

Keep policies sharp, compliant, and forward-thinking.Manage contracts, employment documentation, and employee relations.Oversee the ATS and careers platform to deliver an inclusive, seamless recruitment experience.Talent, EDandI and Retention

Craft and lead talent strategies that attract and retain top performers.Champion EDandI and embed fairness, transparency, and opportunity at every level.Play a key role in senior-level hiring with a focus on cultural alignment and long-term success.Innovation, Insight and Impact

Use data and insight to inform decisions and forecast people needs.Leverage digital tools and social media to strengthen engagement, employer branding, and recruitment.Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all HR activity.What You’ll Bring

CIPD Level 5+ with strong technical HR know-how.A solid grasp of employment law, policies, performance, EDandI, and wellbeing best practice.Commercial acumen and the ability to connect HR strategy with business outcomes.Experience coaching leaders, managing change, and influencing at senior levels.Broad expertise across performance, reward, talent, and culture.What Sets You Apart
