R&D Tax Manager

We are looking to recruit a talented RandD Tax Manager to join our expanding Corporate Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with and advise a range of clients on our RandD Tax Relief proposition.This position can offer a clear progression path and will enable you to develop your knowledge and experience through interesting assignments as part of a full-service accounting, tax, and advisory firm. You should be passionate about delivering excellent client service and enjoy working as part of a team, which you will help to shape and lead.Key responsibilities include:Working with clients to identify opportunities for RandD tax relief/credits based on their innovative technology activities.Collaborating with tax specialists to gather activity details and qualifying expenditure for RandD claim reports for HMRC submissions.Serving as an ambassador and key contact for RandD Tax Advisory services, supporting and coaching colleagues to identify RandD tax opportunities.Promoting Bishop Fleming''s services and integrating RandD advice with the firm''s broader offerings.Leading training and development of the wider tax team to support RandD Tax service delivery and career growth.Participating in other tax advisory and compliance services to broaden tax expertise.Enjoying a tailored role with opportunities to shape responsibilities based on your experience and career goals.Being part of a forward-thinking accountancy practice with excellent prospects for career development and impactful work.About YouTo be considered, you will have:A proven track record of delivering RandD Tax Relief claims of varying complexity, with experience in a full-service accountancy firm or a regulated RandD practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels.People management experience, with the ability to coach and develop teams.Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments.ACA or CTA qualification.A desire to help shape and develop the Bishop Fleming RandD Tax Services proposition internally and externally.Additional accounting, tax compliance, or advisory experience is beneficial.Why Bishop Fleming?Bishop Fleming is a leading independent provider of
