Your missions
The Framatome Ltd Tax Manager coordinates and controls all tax-related matters of the company. Working with other internal teams and external advisors, the tax advisor will ensure accurate reporting to HMRC, compliance with regulations and internal controls, and the implementation of tax strategies for the UK.Tax advisor duties and responsibilities;
Responsible for gathering inputs and ultimately preparing and submitting the annual RandD return.
Identify potential new RandD projects and work with teams to ensure data/information is captured and tracked.
Ensure compliance with internal transfer pricing policies, working closely with operations and sales when required.
Prepare and submit VAT returns on a quarterly basis.
Prepare and submit CIS returns on a monthly basis.
Coordinate other tax matters where required (STBV, NRD, Expat taxes).
Ensure compliance with other HMRC limits and regulations.
Advise the business on other tax advantages and strategic decisions.
Ad hoc projects as required.
Communication with central tax team in group.

Compliance with HMRC and timely filing of all returns.
Submission of RandD tax return with optimization of claims.
Compliance with internal tax policies and communicating with the central tax team where required.
Compliance with other tax matters arising outside of the standard reporting process.
Training and Development ExpectationsCTA qualified or similar
Experience of submitting RandD tax returns
Knowledge of VAT and experience of submitting returns
Awareness of other tax matters (STBV, NRD''s, transfer pricing)
