Reporting into the Group Financial Controller your role will be manage the transactional finance teams of the Nurture Group based in Rishton through a period of transformation. Lead the team to ensure timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and driving efficiencies in financial processes.Transactional finance teams include Sales Invoicing, Credit Control and Accounts Payable.Key Responsibilities

Lead the Sales Invoicing, Credit Control and Accounts Payable teams based in Rishton (c. 35 people)Provide leadership and support to the team, set clear objectives and hold regular 121s.Manage integration of acquisitions into transactional finance processesAssist with ongoing review and improvement of internal processes and systems, and assist with implementing new controls and procedures as requiredPromote adherence to finance policies and procedures across the Nurture groupLiaising with auditorsDay to day management of the finance teams based in Rishton, including performance reviews and objectives setting.Maintain strong lines of communication between transactional and group finance CFO and key stakeholders in the businessCollation of data and inputs into cash forecasting processReview of aged debt and bad debt provisionOwn SAP Concur expenses processes (detailed processes performed within the team)Oversee incentive payments processAd hoc project work as required by the Group Financial ControllerProvide day to day support and guidance to teamsProvide training and guidance on financial changes to ensure staff are aware of how this impacts on the way they workWhat We’re Looking For
