Tax ManagerWarwickUp to £80,000HybridWe’re looking for a detail-focused Tax Specialist to support compliance, reporting, and advisory work within the finance team. This role will help ensure accurate submissions, mitigate risk, and contribute to tax planning.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit PAYE and VAT returnsEnsure compliance with HMRC regulations and payment deadlinesConduct reconciliations and resolve tax discrepanciesAdvise internal teams on payroll tax and VAT mattersMonitor tax legislation changes and assess business impactSupport tax planning and process improvementsLiaise with HMRC and external tax advisersRequirementsStrong knowledge of UK tax laws (PAYE, VAT, HMRC processes)Experience in preparing tax computations and returnsProficient in Excel and tax softwareExcellent communication, accuracy, and analytical skillsPrevious experience in a tax-focused role (practice or in-house)No VISA sponsorship available.
