Reporting into the Divisional Head of HR this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to own and implement a hugely engaging and impactful people strategy. Naturally you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid way, with 3 days in the office.Working within the Group Senior HR Leadership team and as a key member of the divisional management team you will play a key role in this significant development programme, defining new operating structures and supporting the Head of HR in delivering change.
