We’re seeking a highly organised Operations and Office Coordinator.Note:

Serve as the first point of contact and coordinate daily office operations.Own compliance administration, making sure policies and lettings regulations are consistently followed.Support onboarding, ensuring access to the right tools, systems, and processes from day one.Maintain accurate records and data across company databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.Liaise with suppliers and service partners to meet operational needs and SLAs.Qualifications
Must have experience in an operations or administrative coordination role within high street estate agency/property.Excellent organisation and multitasking skills; comfortable juggling competing priorities.Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or property management platforms.What You’ll Get
