Your Role:
As a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, you will:
- Lead global pay equity and HR compliance programmes, collaborating with teams across the organisation.
- Partner with Legal and internal teams to identify compliance requirements and propose effective business solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Dive deep into data to identify trends and validate data quality, transforming complex compliance requirements into actionable solutions.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, preparing and presenting project summaries to senior leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and best practises.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
- A Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in HR, equal employment/pay equity compliance, or compensation programmes.
- Strong data-driven and business writing skills, enabling effective communication of complex information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master''s degree or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to optimise processes.
