My client was established in 1969 and has been a world leader in their industry for over 50 years. The company is renowned for producing high-quality, innovative machinery that is exported worldwide.

As the Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for all electrical design for new and legacy projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will be in charge of how the electrical design is managed moving forward and converting all their legacy designs to the chosen electrical design software.

What we would like from the Electrical Design Engineer:

• Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or experience in a related field
• Thorough understanding of Engineering principles, including Electrical Circuit Diagrams and symbols  
• Experience using any Electrical design software
• Experience designing special-purpose machinery (ideal)
• Excellent communication skills, both in team settings and when engaging with customers
• Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic control systems as they relate to mechanical design

What we offer the Electrical Design Engineer:

• Salary between £50,000 to £60,000 doe
• Company pension scheme
