This is an environment where your voice will be heard, and your views and opinions will be welcomed.This newly created role represents a great opportunity for you to step up into your first Manager role.You’ll support with the creation and delivery of the compliance monitoring plan, conducting thematic reviews to identify and assess compliance risks across all areas of the business and performing fact-finds and desk-based monitoring to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.You’ll present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders, tracking and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely closure.You’ll have gained good Compliance Monitoring experience with the insurance industry, preferably in the London market.
