A day in the life- Start your morning collaborating with executive tech leaders on strategic workforce planning- Partner with recruitment to design innovative hiring strategies for critical roles- Attend a Tech strategy review to deepen understanding of the business vision and talent levers needed to achieve it- Coach leaders through organizational changes and growth opportunities- Analyze attrition and engagement data to develop targeted retention initiatives- Lead an internal discussion session on how developer AI tools can drive business impact- Drive inclusive leadership practices through team development sessions- Shape compensation strategies that reward tech excellence and innovation

Strong track record of impact in an HR generalist leadership role, or equivalent experience such as organizational consulting- Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach senior leaders- Strong analytical skills, including ability to deep dive data, surface insights, and build recommendations that have measurable impact, Strong business acumen and curiosity; ability to craft talent strategies that drive business impact- Ability to thrive through change and embrace the future with optimism, including leveraging GenAI to drive positive impact for employees- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR COE partners to deliver integrated support and partnership to the business- Experience partnering with executive-level technical leaders- Strong executive facilitation skills
