This is a very exciting time for the organisation, experiencing rapid growth.The role will support a national People function with a wide variety of HR task but with a focus on management of multiple HR/OD projects alongside overseeing complex employee relations cases.You will partner with a wide varied of stakeholders including operational leadership, Senior HR Business Partners and centres of excellence within the wider people function to effective manage and deliver a wide varied of HR/OD projects.
