dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse

to their multidisciplinary team.The PracticeThis modern, purpose-built surgery serves a patient list of approximately 10,000 and prides itself on delivering excellent, patient-focused care. The clinical team includes GPs, pharmacists, a first contact physiotherapist, social prescriber, nursing team (including Practice Nurses, a Nursing Associate, and HCAs), all supported by experienced admin and management staff.You’ll be joining a forward-thinking, friendly practice with a collaborative ethos and strong focus on professional development.About the RoleWe’re seeking a

Practice Nurse

with a solid foundation in general practice and a special interest in managing long-term conditions such as

COPD and asthma .
