Tech Connect Group has exclusively partnered with an international group in their recruitment of a Global HR Operations Specialist. Based primarily remotely, but with some travel to their offices based in the Midlands, this role will require someone with previous experience travelling internationally.Reporting to the Divisional HR Director, primary responsibilities would be: Operational HR Support, including but not limited to; LandD, recruitment, data management, supporting with compliance acting as a first point for division HR queries and partnering with senior leaders regarding HR strategies.Leading and delivering on HR projectsTracking project milestonesPreparing reports, dashboards and presentationsSupporting HRD with board/executive pack preparationDeputising for the HRD in meetings and forums Key skills and experience: Proven experience in UK HR Operations, ideally also in international/multi-entity environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work with sensitive and pressurised situationsPreviously travelled internationally for work in a previous roleFlexible approach to working hours and locationsCIPD Level 7 (or equivalent qualification e.g. BSc) This role offers real exposure to international HR, in a growing and interesting organisation and requires someone passionate about making a real difference and supporting in a hands on role. ..... full job details .....
