A brand new role in a fast paced business managing a team.Reporting into the Head of HR you will have responsibility for all HR operational needs.Client DetailsA fast paced, rapid growing business with approx 700 heads currently with head office based in Leeds and sites across UK and Ireland.DescriptionReporting into the Head of HR you will take responsibility for all HR operations including:Full employee life cycle - on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, contracts of employmentManage and develop a team of 2 HR Advisor''sResponsible for all HR processes, procedures focusing on efficiencies, process mapping and process improvementManage the HR mailbox volume of work and output to the businessManaging employee engagement survey and business communicationsManaging HR projectsManage the HRIS - including implementation and embedding new HRIS in 2026ProfileHave previously worked in a HR Operations/Shared Services capacityHave managed and developed a HR teamHave been responsible for full employee life cycle, process improvement and efficienciesHave owned and managed HRISCIPD Qualified - desirableJob OfferSalary up to 45kHybrid working Leeds City Centre - 3 days office/2 days WFHFree ParkingBenefits package ..... full job details .....
