This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal produce in a busy, professional kitchen environment. Chef de Partie Up to 33,000 to 34,000 Basic Salary + Tronc + Annual Bonus High-end Fresh Foods Gastropub 48 hours + Paid overtimeWorking within a large brigade, the Chef de Partie will support the team and section in the day to day running of the kitchen, helping to maintain high standards across food preparation, service, stock control, food safety, and team development and ideally you will come with previous experience within a high volume fresh food operation.
