Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive, hands-on environment. You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, supporting daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standardManage a designated section of the kitchen efficientlyAssist in menu preparationEnsure food hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained at all timesWork collaboratively with the Head Chef/OwnerMaintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areasKey Skills and ExperienceEssential SkillsBasic to intermediate cooking skillsGood understanding of food hygiene (Level 2 Food Safety)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsGood time management and organisational abilityAttention to detail and consistency in food qualityAbility to work alone on occasionsDesirable SkillsExperience in a caf , brunch, or casual dining environmentBasic stock control and ordering experienceWorking days: 5 in 7 Days per week (Usually Tue to Sat)Hours: 7am to 3.30 each dayALL Overtime Paid Company pension scheme and annual leave (28 days) ..... full job details .....
