OverviewA leading organisation is seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst with specialised expertise in Direct Procurement and SAP procurement modules to support the comprehensive deployment of SAP S4 Hana procurement systems. This contract position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless implementation and adoption of transformative procurement technology on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support for the deployment of SAP S4 Hana procurement solutions, including planning, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, offering ongoing support and issue resolution to facilitate smooth system adoption.

Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to drive procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Support data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity throughout the implementation.

Proven track record in deploying SAP procurement systems, with in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and Direct Procurement best practices.

Expertise in SAP procurement modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana, and SAP Ariba, including familiarity with integration tools and methodologies.

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience deploying SAP procurement modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba) in global implementations.

Strong understanding of Direct Procurement processes and integration with SAP ERP systems.

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.

Effective training delivery and user support capabilities.

Project management experience with cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
