The Role:

As Sous Chef, you''ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver consistently outstanding food. Youll help manage the day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring dishes go out to the highest standard

every time.Responsibilities include:Supporting and deputising for the Head Chef

Leading and motivating the kitchen team

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Assisting with menu development using seasonal, fresh ingredients

Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen costs

About You:

Were looking for a confident, skilled Sous Chef with a passion for Spanish cuisine and fresh produce. Youll be calm under pressure, a great communicator, and ready to bring positive energy to a thriving kitchen.Youll need:Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food kitchen

Strong leadership and team management skills

A passion for great food and attention to detail

Knowledge of Spanish cuisine is a bonus, but not essential
