Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operationsLeading the team through busy services with confidence and controlManaging prep and ensuring smooth, efficient kitchen flowOverseeing food quality, consistency, and presentation standardsHelping develop seasonal menus and specialsMaintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring compliance with food safety standardsManaging stock, ordering, and wastage controlCoaching and developing junior chefs and kitchen team memberYou:You''ve got a minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Sous ChefYou''re confident leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced kitchenYou''ve got solid stock management and kitchen organisation skillsYou have real expertise in Spanish cuisine, especially tapasYou''re hands-on, calm under pressure, and love the buzz of serviceIf you''re driven, creative, and thrive in a fresh food environment, I''d love to hear from you....APPLY NOW!@INDLOUIS
