You will bring elegance, flair, and professionalism to every drink served, crafting exceptional cocktails while contributing to the lively yet sophisticated atmosphere of the venue. In this role, you will:Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and beverages with accuracy, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Create a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere at the bar, engaging with guests in a warm, professional, and genuine manner.

Maintain in-depth product knowledge, confidently guiding guests through the drinks menu and suggesting pairings or recommendations.

Ensure full mise-en-place of the bar before service, maintaining cleanliness, order, and readiness throughout each shift.

Oversee the setup and breakdown of the bar area at the beginning and end of each service.

Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure efficient flow of service, and respond proactively to guest preferences, special requests, or concerns.

You will be part of a team that delivers not only outstanding drinks, but also a sense of theatre, comfort, and connection, all within the distinctive ambiance of Vesper Bar.

What you''ll bringEssential Skills and ExperiencePrior experience as a Bartender in a luxury bar, five-star hotel, or high-end hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar techniques.

Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure, without compromising guest interaction.

Confident verbal communicator, capable of building rapport and enhancing the guest experience through conversation.

Strong sense of responsibility for maintaining bar hygiene, presentation, and stock rotation.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills

Formal training or qualifications in mixology or beverage service.

Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards and guest expectations.

Experience working with seasonal cocktail menus or participating in bar programme development.

Passion for storytelling and enhancing the guest experience through drink presentation and narrative.
