PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Build Sector to recruit an Accounts Assistant to Join their Finance team on a permanent basis.Accounts Assistant Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurchase Ledger ControlOpen and Distribute post/database incoming post/emailsProcessing Invoices / Credit NotesProcessing sub-contract applicationsKnowledge of Domestic Reverse chargeDealing with Invoice and PO related queries / general account callsAdhoc Payment RunsWeekly/Monthly bank reconciliation and manual cash book entryMonthly supplier reconciliation and payment runWeekly/Monthly payroll and year end reports to Inland RevenueMonthly period close process/check to trial balanceConstruction industry scheme maintenance and monthly return/payment to inland revenueMonth end journalsChecking VAT and Quarterly returnsMonthly auto enrolment pension report and paymentsGenerate financial statements and project costingsCo-ordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviewsAccounts Assistant RequirementsStrong IT skills including MS Office (Excel, Word)Strong verbal and written communication skillsSAGE 200 Proficient - Bespoke SystemsIdeally 10+ years of Finance experienceWork well with other colleaguesProactive in problem solvingAdapts well working on their own or in a team environmentThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is requiredAccounts Assistant Clerk BenefitsSalary - Up to 40,000 DOE Pro RotaBased in HalesowenRoughly working 25/30 hours per week - With ..... full job details .....
