solutions serving customers and all parties in the insurance value chain.We''re looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our fantastic team!What you''re looking for?Joining our friendly team of 6 Application Support Analysts, you''ll deliver first-class support to a worldwide customer base using our award-winning product and be responsible for:Triaging incidents logged within the Service Desk systemInvestigating and resolving all types of application support issues/requestsWorking directly with client representatives to progress issues/requestsCollaborating with colleagues to progress issues/requests and further understandingFollowing the Cegedim Service Call Management ProcessContributing to the company knowledge base with FAQs, ‘How to…’ articles, and technical documentationWriting SQL scripts for data correctionEscalating issues to development for further in-depth analysisLiaising with different teams to progress issues through to resolutionAssisting with the download of databases from clients and their local restoreSupporting cloud-hosted applicationsThe team strives to be non-hierarchical with a friendly, can-do culture encouraging a proactive approach where every Analyst takes ownership of their tickets until resolution and closure.ProfileWho we''re looking for?Someone with 2+ years of experience in a similar role, good technical ability, a friendly and confident personality, a "can-do" attitude, and a naturally customer-centric mindset. Ideally, experience within application support in the commercial software development industry.Good MS/SQL Server script writing experienceProven analytical and problem-solving skillsClient-facing experienceExcellent customer service skillsEffective prioritization skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioningGood documentation skillsExperience in the medical insurance sector and supporting insurance, financial, or accounting systems is a plus but not essential.In return, you’ll be offered a long-term career with training and development, flexible hybrid working (1 day in Bristol office), and a competitive salary with great benefits.SkillsHelpdesk, Application Support, Service Desk AnalystOffice location and useful infoOur International Division promotes a friendly, non-hierarchical culture with recognition and rewards for talent.
