wish to appoint a Kitchen Manager to be based primarily in the Plug and Tub bar.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who can uphold the high standards of food quality, safety, and service that define the University of Bath’s catering services!

As the Kitchen Manager you will take responsibility for and manage all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that procedures regarding financial control, food safety, HACCP, Health and Safety, and staffing are carried out within university guidelines. You will produce quality food to menu specifications in a high turnover unit and for on-site functions and banquets as required, and ensure that your team adhere to the specific roles and responsibilities relevant to them that are included in the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). You will work with the management team and undertake training to deliver projects that will develop food and beverage offering, management and customer service, and play a key leadership role within our culinary operations.
