Overview

Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to paediatric in-patients.Provide highly specialised paediatric drug therapy advice to patients/carers, medical and nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.Provide teaching to pharmacy, nursing and medical staff in specialist areas of clinical practice and supervises less experienced band 6 pharmacists and students. To provide Clinical Pharmacy Services to paediatric patients and support advanced/lead pharmacists in the delivery of services to their patients.Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our clinical pharmacist team. Pharmacist with no paediatric experience will be considered and training is provided in all specialties.
