Are you a Newly Registered Nurse ready to take the next steps in your nursing journey? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Newly Registered Nurses to join our team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in a variety of clinical settings. You will be supported by our experienced team of nurses and healthcare professionals, who will guide and support you through your transition from student to Registered Nurse. We offer a comprehensive 12-month preceptorship programme with an opportunity to complete a Level 7 Preceptorship Module at the University of Gloucestershire, helping to prepare you for the next steps in your professional career by creating an early opportunity for both academic and personal development.Interviews

Interviews are scheduled for Saturday 4th October, 2025 at Redwood Education Centre, Gloucester Royal Hospital.Responsibilities

To work in a clinical environment and provide a high standard of patient care.Able to assess, plan and implement care for patients, discharging safely and evaluating care needs.Prioritise effectively. Manage time efficiently. Role model. Perform aseptic technique for wound care, drains and catheter care safely. To escalate concerns appropriately complying Trust policy. Comply with infection control standards, policy and procedures.About the Trust
