Welcome to a home where every day is about love and care.We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:The home''s mission is to "enhance the lives of residents in their care by bringing them joy, happiness, and fulfilment, by providing the highest quality of care and services, whilst always striving for excellence.”What does the role involve?Achieve a high standard of care.Lead the care team to deliver positive outcomes for residents.Maintain effective communication, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and informing other senior care team members of daily changes.Ensure care procedures are carried out according to policy.Manage the ordering, administration, and recording of medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.Provide personal care for residents, including washing, dressing, and toileting.Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.Supervise and appraise staff within your team or unit.Implement routine or procedural changes as agreed with the Manager.Assess prospective clients/residents.Complete duty rosters as needed.Conduct internal quality audits as agreed with the Manager.Participate in staff training and development.Assist the Manager in working within budget, mainly as Deputy Manager.
