Credit Controller - Insurance, The City, London My client, an insurance company based in The City of London has a role for a permanent Credit Controller. Duties will include: Chasing Brokers/Clients for funds due on insurance premiums Reporting - aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments in Volante). Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiums Meeting with Underwriters andamp; brokers andamp; Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally andamp; Externally) Resolving queries raised by the business and other departments Ensuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiums Key Skills Strong Ability to use Microsoft Office Analytical andamp; Presentation skills that ensure information is appropriate for the audience Strong Communication and persuasion skills with both internal and external stakeholders You MUST have strong insurance experience to include London Market/Lloyd''s Insurance sector and be able to work in the office 3 days per week. ..... full job details .....
