An FM Account Manager role has arisen due to recent Summer wins and pipelining. Working with an already extremely successful FM Maintenance Division, you will be spearheading the latest win within a very dynamic environment focussing on event spaces, global super brands and iconic venues. Any relevant event space type Contract Management experience is welcome but it is not essential. However you must have run an MandE Facilities Management Contract previously. My client is seeking an Account Manager who is diligent, ambitious, thorough, a great man manager, someone who can inspire and lead. Building internal relationships is equally as important as nurturing client relationships and building upon both.
