What You\''ll Do

Provide administrative support to lawyers, trainees, and business teams

Handle tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and preparing documents

Assist with scheduling deeds, submitting searches, and liaising with the Land Registry

Manage travel bookings, meeting room arrangements, and courier packages

Support inbox and diary management, billing, and client documentation uploads

Proactively manage competing deadlines and urgent tasks

What We\''re Looking For

A recent graduate or someone starting their career in a corporate/professional setting

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

A proactive, team-focused approach
