Experienced Chef de Partie - Modern British Dining, 2 Rosette

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CDP to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries and larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Chef de Partie would will be based in Chiswick, you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person

The ideal CDP will have the following:

- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen- Rosette restaurant experience and passion- 2 years in a similar kitchen- Eager to learn- Can do attitude and team player- Punctual and proactive- Confidence to run a section- Fully flexible on shifts- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn

You must live in West London for this role
