Although this role will predominantly be working remotely, the ideal candidate will be based in London to attend site meetings. The position will involve collaborating with the director of a small, high-quality, residential studio. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Part 2 or newly qualified architect who is able to use Vectorworks, Sketchup or similar 3D software. You should be visually astute, care about design, be prepared to take ownership of a task, self-motivated, and good at communicating. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all stages from concept to completion and be able to design according to the UK building regulations. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish would be a very strong advantage as a number of schemes are based there.Responsibilities
