We are currently looking for a Design Manager for a Main Contractor in Scotland.

The role will be to manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress under the direction of a Senior Design Manger.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification at SCQF Level 10, either in architecture, building management, civil engineering.
• Construction Experience such as; design, construction contracting, site / project management.
• Experience on bidding, winning, and delivering projects.
• Experience in leading design teams or design process.
