Estimator - I currently have an excellent opportunity available for an Estimator with an electrical-bias to join a medium-sized MandE contractor who are experiencing rapid growth in the Northampton area. Duties for the Estimator will include :- Estimating costs on tendered projects with an electrical/mechanical value of up to 3m in value Take off drawings and input into estimation software Carrying out analysis of recieved quotations Supporting tender submissions including labour and design input Occasional site visits and surveys Build and strengthen existing relations with clients and customers Attending pre order, mid tender and post tender meetings The starting salary for the Estimator ranges from 55-65k depending on experience. Other benefits include a car allowance and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. Electrical experience is required along with a HNC/HND or City and Guilds equivalent.
