About the Role and Key Responsibilities As a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting a pupil with a high level of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a school in the Tonbridge area. This is a long-term supply booking, working five days per week, providing consistent and dedicated support to ensure stability and continuity for the pupil. The role involves providing 1:1 support to help the child access learning, regulate emotions, and develop positive relationships within the classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff to implement personalised strategies, behaviour support plans, and interventions tailored to the pupil s individual needs.
